1. Strict Selection of Tungsten Carbide Corrugating Rolls Material
Raw material 50CrMo alloy steel is the best in China . Barrel thickness >70mm. Adequate raw material in stock can guarantee the delivery time for our tungsten carbide corrugating rolls.
2.Precision Welding Make Inseparable
The roll barrel and shafts shrink fit together. After welding do tempering to reduce stress. We do steam leak detction too.

4. Flute profile
Flute profile is the most important parameter. To design the flute profile pls provide us corrugated paper gsm, speed, flute height, correct diameter and other requirement such as good FCT, saving paper, etc. Our engineer has rich experience of designing flute profile. Without good design, many problems will appear, such as flute paper broken, low speed, collapsed flute, high-low flute and so on.
