Description:
HIPS sheet extrusion line is equipped vertical three-roller calender, with high performance vented extruder, die, screen change system, cooling rocket, haul-off unit, cutting unit and etc. This kind of line is suitable to produce PE/PP/PS/HIPS/ABS/PVC single-layer and multi-layer sheet.
Advantage:
1.The units with more than one extruder technology should be used for the production of multilayer sheets such as PP, HIPS, PE, meet the needs of different sheets. Widely used in thermoforming, printing, hardware packaging.
2. Single screw extruder sheet machine with a new type of screw structure, feeding stability, melting and mixing, low melting temperature, high capacity extrusion used motor and speed reducer direct drive, improving transmission efficiency, reduce speed fluctuations and improing the stabillity of extrusion.
3.Equipped with capacitance metering pump, precision multilayer distributer, flow with double blade gap adjustment, layered more evenly.
4.The whole machine adopts PLC control, realization of parameter settings, data and feedback, Automation control alarm function.

1.Mainly used to produce PP, HIPS, GPPS, PE sheet for drinking cups,ice cream cups,lids,plate,dish and other plastic container.
