Description:
Compared with traditional fuel vehicles, new energy vehicles powered by hydrogen fuel cells have obvious advantages in terms of energy sources and exhaust emissions.
However, problems such as safety and hydrogen fuel storage technology still plague the development of hydrogen fuel cells.
The importance of sealing gaskets for hydrogen fuel cells to the storage and safety of hydrogen fuel is obvious.
Due to the special use environment of sealing gaskets, rubber materials are required to meet high temperature resistance (≥200°C), gas resistance (hydrogen, etc.), medium resistance (methanol, triethylene glycol and phosphoric acid) and excellent compression set performance.
In addition, the requirements for its service life and reliability are also high.
It is believed that the higher the fluorine content of fluororubber material, the better its oil resistance and other properties.
In different environments, the performance requirements of fluororubber are also different.In hydrogen fuel cells, such as phosphoric acid fuel cells, phosphoric acid is used as electrolyte.
The reaction temperature is high and the environment is complex and harsh.
When contacting with the reaction medium, more attention is paid to the comprehensive performance of fluororubber materials.
Finally, the rubber sealing material can achieve excellent effects of high temperature resistance (≥200℃), gas resistance (hydrogen, etc.), medium resistance (methanol, triethylene glycol and phosphoric acid) and excellent compression permanent deformation performance, meeting the requirements of hydrogen fuel cell sealing ring.

The material can be used for a long time at a temperature below 250°C. It has excellent resistance to methanol, water and phosphoric acid,
