Specification:
1. It is composed of unwind unit,feeding unit,rotary cutting unit,Arc concave and convex paper converyor unit,collection unit and control system.This machine has been technology innovated based on this structure so that machine is with high degree of automation,fast cutting speed,high cutting accuracy and high production efficiency.
2. It is mainly driven by frequency inverter motor,controlled by PLC control system and touch panel HMI,all working parameters can be preset on the screen,convenient operation.
3. Adopts frequency inverters for speed regulation,with stable working.
4. Full automatic proximity detection,appear wire fault,no paper,card leave pressure to stop,reduce wastage.
5. Set up perfect power alarm bell alarm system,prompt the operator to leave a security zone to reduce injury rate.
6. A complete set of electrical components are imported products,greatly enhance electrical system stability,lower maintenance and overhal frequency.
7. High efficiency and energy saving of imported Yaskawa servo motor drive,imporving the efficiency,reduce production cost.
8. Transmission system:use high torque synchronous belt to reduce noise pollution and improve maintenance,excellent imported NSK bearings to keep machine working stable,guarantee stability of cut paper.
