Chengdu Yibai Technology Co., Ltd. is a manufacturing enterprise of cutting tools,Which is located in Chengdu China. With'KWS' as its well-known brand, Yibai has been devoting itself into R&D on PCD saw blades, TCT saw blades, cold saw blades, finger joint cutter, drill bits, router bits and spiral cutter head. Since established in 2002, it has introduced multiple automated production lines from Germany, automatic rate above 90%, like Mitsubishi laser cutting machine, Gerling automatic welding machine and Automatic grinding machine. The produce process mainly includes: incoming quality control, laser cut body, tempering, grinding, stress-test, run-out test, welding teeth and final quality control. The factory combines R & D ability with finished product testing methods, using a self-production and self-use model to produce efficient and durable industrial-grade cutting tool.
With a technical development team of more than 20 people and more than 30 national invention patents, Buildings covering more than 20000 square meter, The company has an annual productivity of more than 1 million pieces with its products are sold to 68 countries around the world. Meanwhile, Yibai has more than 100 chain stores nationwide to better service our clients.

2002 Yibai tools established.
2003 Established the first automatic production line for carbide saw blades in Southwest China.
2005 Established Guangzhou office, Yibai tools went to the national market. Establish the production line of imported equipment from Germany. Establish the profile milling cutters production line, Yibao tools diversify product structure.
2007 Construction of modern standard industrial base, achieving large-scale management of brand production.
2008 Yibai tools get import and export rights and start to enter the international market.
2009 Established long-term strategic cooperative relations with Sichuan University to jointly develop hard alloy cutters.
2013 Yibai tools won the title of "National High-tech Enterprise", and invested and built diamond tool production line.
2015 KWS® trademark registration.
2017 Yibai tools was renamed as Yibai Technology, and built a new product development and production base of more than 260,000 square meters. |
