Q: HOW DO I RECIIVE A QUOTE?

Q: How DO I GET STARTED WITH GETTING MY BOXES/ BAGS PRODUCED?
A: You can request a quote and get started by doing the following:

Q: DO YOU HAVE PRICE BREAKS?
A: Generally higher quantities will always result in lower cost per unit pricing. Please submit a quote or consult one of our Product Specialists for more details.
Q: CAN I GET A SAMPLE OF LUXURY PACKAGING CUSTOM BOXES/ BAGS BEFORE PLACE AN ORDER?
A: A ready or custom sample box/ bag before mass production. The ready sample is free of charge, however, the custom sample will occur sample charge and refund after getting the order.
Q: WHAT IS CMYK AND WHY IS IT IMPORTANT FOR PRINTING?
A: CMYK stands for Cyan, Magenta Yellow and Black. These colors are used for generating print outputs. Before boxes/ bags are sent for printing, it is important that the artwork (on illustrator) is converted from RGB to CMYK. Not converting the color mode will result in color variance between what you see on your display compared to the final product.
Q: HOW SOON WE CAN GET A SAMPLE?
A: Normally the sample production takes about 4-5 work days. In addition, the express takes 5-7 days.
Q: CAN I PRINT ON BOTH SIDES OF THE BOX?
A: Definitely! We are able to print on the outside (1-side) and the inside of boxes (2-side). Extra fees apply.
Q: HOW TO START THE MASS PRODUCTION?
A: We start the production once we receive the 50% deposit. The balance will be asked after we finished the production.
Q: WHERE CAN YOU SHIP TO?
A: We ship internationally, with minimal restrictions. To find out if your country is eligible, please contact one of our Product Specialists.
Q: WHAT"S YOUR PRODUCTION LEAD TIME?
A: 25-30 days, accuracy lead time speak our Product Specialists.
