NP micro magnetic drive gear pumps use the magnetic field to drive the rotation of gears.The pumps are sealed only with O-rings, and eliminate the risk of dynamic seal failure.Gears (formed through one-step injection moulding) and bearings made of specially filled PEEK materials, high-precision industrial ceramic shafts, and patented gear tooth profile design, all these components ensure the outstanding life expectancy and wear-resistance of our products.
NP pump is an ideal choice for meeting the demands of low flow rate, high pressure, few fluctuation, corrosion resistance, corrosion resistance, and high temperature resistance.
NP series magnetic drive micro gear pumps have been used to support the cooling of air bearings, high-energy laser equipments, lithium battery systems, fuel cell systems, electric vehicle fast-charging stations, large integrated electronic systems, etc. For different cooling demands, our pumps can transport refrigerants like glycol, R-134a, R-124, R-245fa, R-141b, R-22, etc., with a flow rate from hundreds of mL/min to tens of L / min.
