Brief introduction of Kjeldahl Auto Analyzer :
NB2000 Kjeldahl Auto Analyzer with auto feeder / auto sampler is our independent research and development,product with 100% independent intellectual property rights. It is based on the basic theory research and development of Kjeldahl method. It’s namely that sample digestion process is still using the traditional "Kjeldahl" heat, digestion method; The sample separation still heating, distillation and volatile under conventional alkalifying conditions; sample collection is still using a weak acid solution absorption, but the sample analysis process is accomplished under "standard curve". After long-term multi-sample comparison (different standard substances, samples in different industries, different content of the sample), analysis results with traditional methods but the same analytical precision 6 times higher than traditional methods, up to 0.05mg N.
Features of Kjeldahl Auto Analyzer:
<1> Sub-boiling distillation separation technology is able to save 80% energy than the traditional instruments which meets the energy-saving requirements, thus reducing expenses for customers. Air-cooling technology makes the entire analysis process with no water (for cooling purpose) being involved, it may save 99% water than the traditional instruments, that meets national and international tendency of water resources saving.
<2> A sample of each reagent consumption is less 40% than traditional instruments, which not only reduces the secondary pollution, but corresponds to environmental requirements as well.
<3> Appliance of standard curve analysis technology, makes the accuracy is 6 times higher than the traditional instruments, thus the precision reaches 0.05mg N, which corresponding to trend of high-precision and high-tech.
6. Adopt the US company CPC quick intubation liquid supply system to ensure no leakage and extend instrument life.
8. System Clean-Up. To prevent cross-contamination, the instrument is with its own a cleaning system for customers to ease work.
