Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, along with other hospitals in our health system, is setting up assessment tents outside many of our emergency departments. We are taking this step to adjust our patient care in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

These tents would not be used as COVID-19 testing sites, but rather as assessment sites to allow people to be evaluated without having to enter the emergency department.

Once these tents are in service, patients will be screened for symptoms of viral respiratory illness, and if necessary, receive a secondary evaluation to determine treatment options.

Tents structure material:

High Reinforce Aluminum, anti-rust surface, GB6061-T6;

Tents fabric material:

Cover material is 850 g/m2 for tent roof and 650 g/m2

Double PVC-Coated Polyester for walls.

Flame retardant, UV resistance, waterproof, comply to DIN 4102 B1, M2

Tent connector: strong hot-dip galvanized steel

and all of our tents can stand -30°to +70°temperature

Max wind speed allowance: 120km/h.

Q: How can I place order?
   After all details has been discussed and confirmed with us, we can start production from the date of payment deposit 30% received. After finished production, you can pay the balance payment, we will arrange shipment.
The payment terms is 30% depoit and 70% balance before shipment by T/T transfer.

Q: What's the production lead time?

    Our production lead time is 7-30 days depends on the exact order.

Q: What about the shipment?
We provide CIF, FOB or EXW.
CIF: We arrange shipment from our factory to your sea port.
FOB: We arrange shipment from our factory to the sea port from our side.
EXW: We don’t arrange shipment and you will work the shipment with your shipping agent.

Our tents can be assembled and dismantled easily and repeatedly with small transportation size. The lifespan of aluminium framework can reach 20-30 years, and 10-20 years for PVC fabrics depending on different conditions of usage.

Q: What documents are available?
A full range documents including structural drawings, packing list, installation manual and relative certificates can be provided. Moreover, customs declaration is provided. We provide one-stop service for you.
