Strategically based in Paojiang Economic Development Zone of Shangxing City,Zhejiang,China,and adjacent to Hangzhou-Ningbo expressway northward and 104-state highway southward,Ouzi enjoys transportation convenience and policy preference.

In 1989,through adopting patent technology of Cathodic Absorption,Total Enclosure,Carefree Accumulator,which was newly developed domestically by then,Ouzi is capable of combining multi-elements mother alloy and successfully applied a special additive to the chemical synthesis process,resulting in State Science and Technology Commission's earmarking this technology as one of "State Torch Programs".In 1991,Ouda^TM total enclosure carefree accumulator was awarded "Zhejiang Province Excellence Reward",Relying on many years'experience of manufacturing accumulator and advanced production facilities,the company was honorably admitted into China Electric Equipment Association as well.

Since chemical synthetic and testing equipment were imported form US and automatic/semi-automatic assembly line was set up in 1993,stability of accumulator quality has been fully guaranteed.In order to improve the quality further,the company implemented the work of attestation of ISO9002 Quality System in May 1996.The following strict examination and verification was executed by the provincial Quality System Verification Center.In July 1997,the company acquired accreditation of ISO9002:1994.

To date,the capacity of accumulator hits 100,000 KVAH and the product finds ready and potential markets in telecommunication,computer and vehicle areas.For expanding market share globally,the company is willing to collaborate sincerely on the accumulator front with investors who are ambitious of tapping into China immense market.The forms of JV,cooperative venture and even acquisition are welcomed.
