Stainless steel, MDS dewatering machine is clog free , and it can reduces sedimentation tank, sludge thicken tank , so save the STP / ETP construction cost. The screw and moving ring can self clean for clog free structure, low screwing speed consumes less power and water, the automatic dewatering process, all these makes MDS a good replacement of tradtional filter press.
Description
The device is mainly used for sludge dewatering, the moisture content of sludge after dehydration can be down to 75% - 85%.
Volute sludge dewatering machine integrates full automatic control cabinet, flocculation conditioning tank, concentrated sludge dewatering ontology and collecting tank, can realise high efficiency flocculation under the condition of fully automatic operation, ensure continuous enrichment and squeezing sludge dewatering work, eventually collect the filtrate or discharge.
