1. Profile:

JH60-type two-component high pressure injecting machine, low pressure foaming

machine, has one PLOY barrel and one ISO barrel, and the two metering units are drived

by two independence motors , through change the motor's speed to control the metering

pump’s output. This kind of machine is specially used in the polyurethane foaming

products.

2.7 Pressure limit and control system

Both Polyol and Isocyanate working pressure are in a range of 0~2Mpa. Whenever the

working pressure exceed the range, the machine will be stopped automatically and give an

alarm at the same time.

2.8 Component flow control and test unit

According with the pump’s flow,the components’ mixing range and the related parameters,Our machine can change the components’ flow out by adjust the shift motor. Testing andcorrecting the components’ flowing parameters and the mixing range by their own feeding valve, so as to adjust and control the components’ flow.

2.9 Mixing head:

Material inject to the mixing chamber through valve, with high precision. And no block.

l Using motor to drive the agitator mixing mechanical.

l In testing status, the motor and the shaft does’t run.

l The stirring’s advance and lag time are controlled by the electric, which can be option of the stirring model at Automatic and Manual two ways.

l The valves’ open and close is controlled by the pneumatic cylinder.

l The mixing head,mixing chamber and the nozzle are convenient to take down.

l Adjust the pressure balance by throttle valve

l By setting the “pouring”,flushing”,cleaning”,emergency-stop” at the control box.

2.10 Machine frame

Used for fix the tank,metering pump system,pipe,control system.

2.11 Mixed head cleaning system

Mixing head cleaning system, include 20L stainless steel barrel, with visual level gauge,

safety valve, pressure instrumentation devices and related components.

Solenoid valve control air impacting and liquid washing;

Compressed air is to blow out the remains and dry solvent;

Air impact, liquid washing time control by button;

Air impact, liquid washing control by the control program, also manually;

Manual exhausting;

Air impact, liquid washing if high-pressure pipe with ant- solvent function;

Flush pressure set is 0.15Mpa;

When Cleaning, mixing shaft rotate meanwhile;

2.15 Temperature control unit:

2.16 Automatic Feeding UnitPolyether polyol feeding air film pump : 1pcs.Polyisocyanate feeding air film pump: 1pcs.

Flow rate: 8L/min, feeding level control can be realized automatic feeding.

2.17 Electrical Control System

Electric control system adopts OMRON PLC, input, output modules, touch screen Delta.

Include control cabinet; South Korea's LG Series PLC controller; Omron relay; Schneider

contactor; French Schneider switches, buttons; External Tongxun interface; system

software and control procedures.

Touch screen display as following:

other fault information; Control system failure alarm has a strong, sound and light alarm

devices equipped with necessary equipment automatically shut down.

2.18 Pipe and air system

Material pipeline, include soft pipe to convey the raw material. Feed pipe is assembled ontothe Mixing head, and return pipe is connected with raw material tank;

Air and liquid pipe is used to pipe the compressed air and cleaning liquid. This is

anti-solvent and high pressure pipe;

Air is filtered by oil and water separator, oil frog device.
