Big wind load is the unique techonology parameter. It is up to 280~300km/h , So during our design we have to neogociate that big wind load with architect. Heavy steel is the gurantee of safety.
The reason why we use steel building in Mauritius?
1. Long span without any middle column. Especially for the party centre and wedding hall. Large space without any middle column is very important. Traditional concrete structure can not meet with that request.
2. Lower cost. Concrete building will cost a lot of labors. and Especially in rain season. and Maritius equipments are very expensive, For example 25T crane is about 800usd/day.
3. Very quick installation, For this project, it is about 1920 sqms. Our 5 wokers takes 21 days finished all the project. Then customer could save a lot time to develop business but not take too much time for building.

The larger span of the steel frame, the greater the amount of steel used per steel frame. More than 30 meters is considered a large width. If the steel frame has a large span and no center pillar, the amount of steel used will increase.
4. Structure
For steel structure buildings with cranes or mezzanine floors, to ensure the safe operation of cranes, steel columns will be increased, and columns of an equal cross-section will be adopted, which will increase the amount of steel used in the building.
