Description
Tetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) pipe is a high-quality plunger extrusion pipe, which is closely combined with plastic pipe by special processing technology. It can bear positive pressure of 1.6 Mpa and negative pressure of 77 Kpa. It can be used normally in - 60 ~ + 260 ~C, and has reliable and excellent corrosion resistance. Transport of highly corrosive gas and liquid at high temperature, which can not be replaced by other pipelines. It is widely used in machinery, chemical industry, aviation, electrical and electronic industry, national defense industry, advanced science and technology, medical and health, electrical insulation and other fields.
Features
PTFE extruded pipe and molded pipe using polytetrafluroethylene suspension polymerization process. In the known plastic polytetrafluroethylene has good chemical resistance and dielectric properties.
PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene push tube) characteristics: high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, weather resistance, high lubrication, no adhesion, no toxicity.
1. The temperature range is very wide (from -200 degrees Celsius to +260 degrees Celsius)
2. Basically resistant to all chemicals except some fluorides and alkaline liquids.
3. Excellent mechanical properties including aging resistance, especially for bending and oscillating applications.
4. Outstanding flame retardancy (according to ASTM-D635 and D470 test procedures, it is classified as a flame retardant material in air.
5. Excellent insulation properties (regardless of frequency and temperature).
6. The water absorption rate is extremely low, and it has a series of unique properties such as self-lubricating and non-stickiness.
Application
Tansmission of corrosive liquid or gases such as hydraulic fluid and fuel in the aerospace industry; high pressure air,fuel and hydraulic transmission in the automotive industry;delivery of chlorine,steam,acid-base organic compounds,etc. In the chemical industry; purity fluid delivery. As PTFE has the best plastic in the high temperature,low corrosion, anti-aging, high insulation and non-stick advantages.
