Q1. Can I have a sample order for led strip light?
Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed different samples of LED Strip are acceptable.

Firstly let us know your requirements or application. Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?What's the Payment way ?
MOQ starts from 5 meters. Please advise the required length and quantity for quotation.We accept T/T Paypal and Western Union three ways payment.
Q4. Can I cut the strip?
Yes. The strip is cuttable every 55.5mm, with 6 LEDs per cutting section. Please cut only at the marked cutting positions.
Q5. Does it have adhesive backing?
Yes. The standard strip uses genuine 3M 300 adhesive backing. For best adhesion, the mounting surface should be clean and dry
Q6: What is the warranty
The product has a 2-year warranty under the specified operating conditions. Please follow correct voltage, wiring and heat-dissipation practices during installation.
Q7: What is the difference between RGB and RGBW LED strip?
RGBW adds a Cool White channel to the RGB color channels. It provides RGB decorative color effects and separate white-light illumination in one strip.
Q8: What is the lead time?
In-stock items can normally be prepared in 3-5 days. Made-to-order items normally require 14-30 days, depending on order quantity and requirements
Q9: What is the package way?
The strip is packed on a reel in a moisture-proof aluminum foil bag. Final reel length, carton quantity and carton dimensions should be confirmed according to the order specification.
Q10: Could you customize the led strip?
We can discuss custom white CCT, custom length, IP66/IP67 sleeve waterproof options, lead wire/connection requirements and project-specific packing. Please share your application details first.
