We offer the most professional stainless steel processing, featuring super power laser cutting with 4 meters × 18 meters platform, capable of fast and accurate drawing and cutting sheet metal production from various CAD graphics. Our large heavy tonnage washing machine with leveling system can process various patterns including lentil flower, Japanese fine flower, coarse flower, and custom designs for professional production of stop skateboard, car bottom plate, retaining board, manhole well cover, mechanical equipment, and more.
We also feature 1.5m flat embossing and the clearest T-shaped flower patterns. Our shear bending forming straightening series includes 11 meters large bending machine, 6.5 meters 16mm plate shearing machine (2 sets), and 16×300mm straightening machine. We operate full brake dry polishing machines (2 sets) that can directly polish stainless steel hot rolled plate into various mesh surface steel plates. Our hot rolling mill, up to 2100mm width with automatic lifting platform, includes complete cleaning and drying equipment.
