654SMO demonstrates exceptional local corrosion resistance, including pitting and stress corrosion resistance in seawater, aeration, crevice, and low-speed erosion conditions. It serves as a cost-effective alternative to nickel-based alloys and titanium alloys, outperforming 904L and 254SMO in high-temperature and corrosive applications.
