About Stainless Steel Rebar
Stainless steel rebar has been successfully applied to many bridge and construction projects in the most corrosion-prone areas. These bars extend the life of the structure and minimize maintenance requirements, providing an excellent price/performance ratio.
While carbon steel rebar is sufficient for many construction projects, in some cases concrete does not provide adequate natural protection. If stainless steel threaded rebar is used in this type of environment, despite the high initial investment, it can reduce long-term costs by extending the life of the structure and minimizing maintenance needs.
