The device is integrated by 3 machines: 1 mask body machine and 2 ear band machines. Compared with a single stand-alone mask making machine, an automatic conveyor and a connecting machine are added. This unique design not only improves production efficiency and reduces labor costs. The whole machine is automated from feeding, nose bridge insertion, edge sealing, and cutting the finished product, which requires only one person to operate. This production line is controlled by PLC touch screen, the main conveyor is conveyed by single-phase motor, stepping motor is turned over, the transmission is accurate, the control is stable, and the speed is adjustable. After the main body machine outputs the mask body, the mask body sheet is conveyed to the turning mechanism by a conveyor belt structure. The reversing mechanism is used to flip the mask plate onto the belt connected to the ear band machine, and then the mask sheet is conveyed to the first mask plate on the front of the ear band machine through the conveyor belt. Finally, the mask plate is placed on the ear band by the cylinder pressing down. In the face plate of the machine, the ear band machine is used to complete the welding of the ear band of the mask, edging, etc., thereby completing the production of an ear band mask product. Cost-effective, meet the quality requirements of medical masks.
