It integrates a manifold of four solenoid valves with highly durable, integrated coiled trailing cables into a single, robust assembly.
This specific model is engineered for applications involving continuous motion and repetitive flexing, where standard cables are prone to failure. The integrated coiled cables are designed to extend and retract reliably without tangling or suffering from premature wear, making this base an ideal solution for use on robotic arms, automated guided vehicles (AGVs), sliding mechanisms, and rotating stations. One cable is a 4-conductor type for supplying 24V DC power to the four valve solenoids, and the other is an 8-conductor cable providing a common connection and individual return lines for the four valve feedback sensors.

The base is constructed from a high-strength, chemical-resistant industrial polymer for maximum durability. It utilizes plug-in, cartridge-style valves to enable quick and easy maintenance and replacement without the need to disconnect the pneumatic tubing. The assembly is rated for use in an ambient temperature range of -10°C to 50°C and carries relevant industrial certifications such as UL and CE, ensuring its compliance and safety for use in various global markets.
