Chromium can promote the generation of liver glycogen, glucose decomposition and glucose to fat conversion, so easy to reduce blood sugar.
Chromium can maintain the content of normal cholesterol in the blood and affect the synthesis and clearance of fat and cholesterol in animal liver. If the body lacks chromium, the activity of insulin will be significantly reduced, resulting in the disorder of lipid metabolism.
