Our micronutrients are chelated by amino acids, so making inorganic element become organic element. The common inorganic micronutrients fertilizer are exist as anion and cation, easy-dissociation, to form insoluble matters, and difficult been absorbed by plants.  Amino acid chelated trace element fertilizers are fertilizers made of chelating agents and plant essential trace elements (except boron and molybdenum), such as chelated zinc, chelated iron, chelated manganese, chelated copper, etc. Chelated microelement fertilizers are better than inorganic microelement fertilizers.
