System Core Components and Working Principle
This system is a complete electromechanical integration unit integrating three functions: sensing, decision-making, and execution.
Sensing Unit: On-line Water Quality Analysis Instruments
pH/ORP Controller: Continuously monitors the pH value or oxidation-reduction potential of the process water, providing real-time data for acid-base neutralization or redox reactions.
Turbidity/Suspended Solids (SS) Analyzer/Streaming Current Detector (SCD): Real-time detects the effect of coagulation and flocculation, providing direct or indirect feedback signals for the dosing of coagulants and flocculants.
Flow Meter: Monitors the treated water volume, providing a benchmark for proportional dosing.
Decision-making Unit: Intelligent Control System
Calculates and outputs control commands in real time according to preset control logic (such as PID control, feedforward-feedback composite control) and set values.
Equipped with a Human-Machine Interface (HMI) for parameter setting, mode switching, operation status display, and historical data query.
Execution Unit: High-precision Dosing Module
Chemical Storage Tank: Made of corrosion-resistant materials (PE, FRP, stainless steel), equipped with liquid level indication and alarm functions.
Precision Metering Pump: The core executive component, enabling stepless and precise adjustment of dosing volume. Diaphragm pumps, plunger pumps, etc., are available as options.
Agitation System: Ensures uniform concentration of chemicals in the storage tank and prevents sedimentation.
Safety and Auxiliary Components: Including back pressure valves, pulsation dampeners, injection valves, Y-type filters, etc., to ensure stable and reliable operation of the dosing pipeline.
