This series of paddle mixers is a high-efficiency and reliable mixing device specially designed for water and wastewater treatment processes. Through precisely controlled paddle rotation, it creates ideal hydrodynamic conditions in water treatment tanks, ensuring rapid and uniform diffusion of chemicals (such as coagulants, flocculants, pH regulators) and perfect suspension of suspended solids. It is a key equipment for optimizing treatment effects and reducing operating costs.

Process-Optimized Design:The paddle shape, rotation speed and installation position are scientifically designed according to specific processes (rapid mixing, flocculation, sludge agitation), ensuring the formation of an optimal velocity gradient (G-value), promoting floc growth and preventing floc rupture.
High Mixing Efficiency & Energy Conservation:The large-diameter, low-speed running paddles can generate a wide range of gentle plug flow with low energy consumption, achieving uniform mixing of the entire tank, avoiding short-circuiting and dead zones, and significantly improving chemical utilization efficiency.
Excellent Suspension Performance:Designed specifically for sludge agitation and anti-sedimentation at the tank bottom, it can effectively maintain solid particles in a uniformly suspended state and prevent sedimentation and hardening.
Durable & Easy Maintenance:The main body is made of high-quality stainless steel (SS304/316L) or carbon steel with anti-corrosion coating. The bearings adopt multi-seal structure, suitable for corrosive and abrasive environments. With a simple structure and few underwater components, it is easy to maintain.
Flexible Drive & Control Options:Fixed speed, two-speed or variable frequency speed regulation options are available. The mixing intensity can be automatically adjusted according to influent load, realizing intelligent and energy-saving operation. Both dry-type and submersible motor installation methods can be equipped.
