Product Overview
This equipment is specifically designed for the pretreatment of wastewater evaporation systems. Common problems encountered by evaporation concentration processes (such as MVR, multi-effect evaporation, and atmospheric pressure evaporation) when treating high-concentration organic wastewater include: coking of organic matter on heating surfaces, scale buildup leading to decreased heat exchange efficiency, foaming causing mist entrainment, and viscous concentrate clogging pipelines, severely impacting the evaporation equipment's operating cycle and processing capacity.
This system employs electrochemical oxidation technology to pre-treat organic matter, prevent scale buildup, and inhibit foaming before wastewater enters the evaporator. This effectively reduces the evaporation load, extends cleaning intervals, and reduces the amount of defoamer and scale inhibitor required. No chemical reagents are added throughout the process, and no additional salt or secondary pollution is introduced.

Working principle
Wastewater, after pre-filtration, enters the circulating water tank and is then pumped into the electrochemical reactor. Under the action of the electrodes:
Electro-oxidation: Strong oxidizing groups (hydroxyl radicals, OH, etc.) are generated at the anode, breaking down large organic molecules, significantly reducing COD and wastewater viscosity, and decreasing coking material.
Scale/Deposition Prevention:The electrode environment on the electrode surface alters the crystallization behavior of scale-forming ions in the solution, inhibiting the deposition of inorganic salts and organic scale on subsequent heating surfaces.
The treated clarified liquid enters the evaporation system (MVR, multi-effect evaporation, submerged combustion evaporation, etc.), significantly improving scaling, coking, and foaming phenomena in the evaporator..
