It uses high-quality compressed wool felt as the abrasive base, secured to a reinforced fiber backing via a fan-shaped, overlapping "louver" structure. This unique design allows it to be mounted on a standard angle grinder, providing a more efficient, cleaner, and longer-lasting polishing experience than ordinary flat wool wheels, making it ideal for achieving a mirror finish.
The overlapping fan-shaped structure generates airflow during high-speed rotation, effectively reducing heat buildup on the workpiece surface and preventing material damage or discoloration due to overheating.
The louvered structure gives the polishing wheel a certain degree of elasticity, allowing it to better conform to the curved surfaces and uneven areas of irregular workpieces, achieving polishing without dead angles.
Made with high-density fine wool, the soft and elastic texture, when used with polishing compound, quickly removes minor scratches, significantly improving surface brightness and gloss.
