Functional Overview
This signal conditioner ensures complete galvanic isolation between field and control circuits, providing power to 2-wire and 3-wire transmitters while also supporting current source applications. The device features two relay outputs and an active 0/4 mA ... 20 mA current source that can be integrated into security-relevant circuits. The current output is easily scalable to meet specific application requirements.
The integrated display shows measured values in various physical units, while configuration is simplified through either the front keypad or PACTware configuration software. Line fault detection monitors input integrity, with fault signaling provided through LEDs according to NAMUR NE44 standards and a separate collective error message output.
