Important Usage Notes
Absolute vs. Incremental System
The MDDLN55SE driver only supports incremental encoder systems. Although the MSMF152L1G6M motor has a 23-bit absolute encoder, it will operate in incremental mode with this driver.
To use as incremental system:
Do NOT connect a battery to the absolute encoder
Set parameter Pr0.15 to "1" (factory setting)
Position data will not be retained after power loss
If absolute system is required: Use a different driver such as MDDLT55SF (multifunction type) or MDDLN55SG (general communication type).
