6488HA MEMS Inertial Measurement Unit provides high-precision six-axis motion sensing with a three-axis gyroscope and accelerometer, measuring ±450°/s and ±20 g with 0.3°/h gyro zero-bias instability and 0.25 mg accelerometer bias. Onboard compensation corrects temperature (-45~85 °C), misalignment, and nonlinearities. Its SPI communication at 8–15 MHz, 1.5 W power, compact design, 250 Hz bandwidth, and 0.1 % cross-coupling make it ideal for UAV navigation, autonomous vehicles, robotics, industrial automation, precision surveying, LiDAR systems, motion tracking, marine navigation, and defense applications.
