The MFOG-24 is a precision fiber optic gyroscope optimized as the angular rate sensing element in INS/GPS integrated navigation systems. Its low 0.03 deg/rt-h angular random walk and stable bias characteristics provide reliable dead-reckoning during GPS signal outages.
Utilizing the Sagnac effect with temperature-compensated output, the MFOG-24 maintains consistent performance across the full -40 to +65 deg C operating range. Compact phi24x39mm packaging enables easy integration into existing INS enclosures.
