Infrared beam sensors operate through the processes of emission, reflection, and reception of infrared radiation:

• Infrared Emission: The sensor emits an infrared beam using an infrared emitter

Our Safety Light Curtain Sensor can be tailored in various lengths and beam configurations to suit specific needs.

1. Remove Covers and Connect Wires: Take off the top and bottom covers of the sensor. Connect the wires and guide the thread end out through the threaded port.
2. Position and Mark Holes: Confirm the installation position and align the transmitter and receiver in parallel. Mark the hole positions on the wall.
3. Drill and Fix: Use a percussion drill to create holes at the marked locations on the wall. Insert wall plugs into the holes and secure them with screws.
4. Mount Transmitter and Receiver: Utilize M3*25 screws to mount the transmitter and receiver on the wall. Connect the power supply and test the alignment of the sensor. Adjust the angle if necessary by rotating the aluminum tube. Lock the rotating screw securely once aligned.
5. Replace Covers and Final Testing: Secure the top and bottom covers of the sensor using M2*8 screws. Perform a final test to ensure the sensor operates correctly.
