The CL15-16L utilizes a paired transmitter and receiver to create a protective infrared light grid across the door opening. When a person or object interrupts one or more infrared beams in this protection area, the receiver instantly changes its output state. This output signal is then sent to the connected door control system, triggering an immediate safety response to stop or reverse door movement.
