We have 10 professional QC Staffs, and there are 4 processes we focus our attention on.
A: Checking the bulk fabrics’ quality before production, fabric composition, color fastness of washing and light etc
B: Checking the logos’ production, thread or printing colors, embroidery trim clean etc
C: Checking the sewing process, seam properties, slippage strength, given seam strength, strength of attachment etc.
D: Checking the finished caps and hats after steam ironing.
Delivery:
1. The order will be finished before the lead-time.
2. Photo (product and package of the order) will be sent to customer before shipment.
3. All the clear documents will be sent to Customer on our express account.(Full set B/L,Invoice and Packing list)
Shipping:
we can accept express/ sea shipping/ air shipping, all depends on your requests.
1. What's your main products?
We supply any festive products that client want.Such as party wigs ,halloween wig.fans wig ,World cup wig cosplay wig ;party costume, party &halloween hat,artificial grass,artificial flowers ,artificial trees and so on.
2. What is your delivery time?
It depends on your order item and quantity, 7- 30days after received your deposit .
3. What's the shipping way?
Regarding the small quantity order, we can send them by DHL/Fedex express
which large quantity goods are shipped by ocean shipping according to client's demands.
4. How can you ensure the quality inspection?
As the order process, we have special team inspection standard before delivery goods.
5. Can I request samples?
A: We provide existing samples for free, but freight will be on your side.For customized sample, we will charge sample fee,after place order, We will refund the sample fee. We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our paypal, we will ship with our account. It takes about 5-10 days to reach.
