1, 1/3HP TEFC permanent magnet DC motor (PMDC brushed motor) runs at rated 1750 RPM and supports three standard voltage specifications: 12V DC, 24V DC and 90V DC to match different power supply systems including lithium battery packs, DC power supplies and rectified industrial power.
2, With TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) fully sealed fan cooling structure, the internal fan provides efficient heat dissipation for long-hour continuous operation, solving overheating issues during heavy-duty S1 duty cycle. Compared with TENV non-ventilated motors, this TEFC PMDC motor has stronger load capacity and longer service life under continuous working conditions.
3, The motor core uses high-performance ferrite or rare earth permanent magnets, delivering high starting torque, wide variable speed range and higher efficiency than traditional shunt wound DC motors. Internal windings adopt pure copper wire with Class F 155°C insulation, double sealed ball bearings and wear-resistant replaceable carbon brush assembly for easy field maintenance without full motor disassembly.
