Features Overview
These embossed carrier tapes are specially designed for reliable packaging and automated handling of surface mount devices (SMDs). Manufactured with high-precision extrusion and embossing technology, the tapes feature uniformly sized cavities that securely hold semiconductor chips, resistors, capacitors, LEDs and other SMD components during storage, transportation and SMT production. With optional ESD performance levels and multiple material choices (PS, PC, PET), they adapt to different sensitivity levels of electronic components. The tapes are fully compatible with standard high-speed SMT pick-and-place machines, delivering stable feeding and accurate component positioning.
