5.4mm Standard Width Heat Seal Cover Tape, High Precision Wear-Resistant Sealing Top Tape for Electronic Component Packaging
5.4mm heat seal cover tape is professional sealing consumable matched with 8mm SMT carrier tape. It is constructed with PET polyester film substrate laminated with eco-friendly hot melt adhesive layer, largely applied to packaging, storage and logistics transportation of miniature SMD parts including chip resistors, capacitors, crystals, LEDs and tiny connectors.
With precise 5.4mm width and tight dimensional tolerance, this cover tape features excellent machine compatibility. It owns a wide heat sealing range, realizing even sealing at relatively low temperature. The sealed edge is tight and smooth without glue overflow, air bubbles, curling edge or easy peeling. Compatible with PS, PC and APET carrier tapes, it works well with all automatic & semi-automatic high-speed taping machines without deviation or jamming during production.
