81.5mm Anti Static Heat Seal Cover Tape Custom Cover Tape for SMT Tape and Reel Packaging
Designed with a multi-layer functional film structure, this cover tape combines stable heat sealing performance, controlled peel strength, and excellent transparency, ensuring components remain securely protected during transportation while allowing smooth peeling during SMT assembly.
The specially formulated adhesive layer creates a uniform bonding effect with carrier tapes, preventing component movement, dust contamination, and packaging damage. During the SMT process, the cover tape can be removed smoothly without affecting component placement accuracy.
