Standard 25.5mm Width Heat Seal Cover Tape For Big SMD Components Packaging
25.5mm heat seal cover tape is specially designed to match 32mm wide SMT carrier tape. Made of premium PET polyester substrate with eco-friendly hot melt adhesive layer, it is widely adopted for packing large-sized SMD electronic parts.
The tape boasts precise dimensional accuracy and great compatibility with all kinds of automatic and semi-automatic taping machines. It achieves smooth and even thermal sealing without glue overflow, bubbles or edge peeling. It can be perfectly sealed with PS, PC and A-PET carrier tapes.
With reliable anti-static performance and excellent tear resistance, it can effectively safeguard precision components from static damage during storage and transportation. We supply transparent and amber two colors for selection. The standard length is 300 meters per roll, which meets mass production packaging demands for large electronic components.
