21.3mm Anti Static Self Adhesive Cover Tape Transparent Film for SMT Tape and Reel Packaging
The 21.3mm Self Adhesive Cover Tape is designed for electronic component tape and reel packaging applications where convenient sealing and reliable protection are required.
Unlike traditional heat seal cover tape, this pressure sensitive cover tape adopts a special adhesive coating technology that allows direct bonding with carrier tape at room temperature without additional heating equipment. It provides stable adhesion, controlled peel strength, and easy removal during SMT assembly.
The transparent film structure enables quick visual inspection of packaged components, while the adhesive layer helps prevent component movement, dust contamination, and damage during storage and transportation.
The 21.3mm self adhesive cover tape is widely used with PS, PC, and PET carrier tapes for packaging LEDs, resistors, capacitors, ICs, connectors, sensors, and other SMD electronic components.
