Description:
The Single Screw Extruder is mainly used to process PP non woven or PE and other plastics. Equipped with auxiliary machines, it can produce profile, pipes, sheets and other plastic products.It has the advantage of simple production technological process, high output, stable quality and low cost. The produce non woven melt spraying fabric quality is as below:
Output 32L/Min ,Granulate 0.3-0.5um, Filter rate : ≥95% Fabric density : 25g/m3
Output 32L/Min ,Granulate 0.3-0.5um, Filter rate : ≥99% Fabric density : 50g/m3
Main advantage:
1.Suitable for various plastic materials: PP,PE and non woven products etc. Adopt advanced touch screen interface control system to realize the automatic control of the whole production line.
2.Excellent temperature and Frequency converter control system to ensure the stability of the producing process. Integrated design of 9 section heating parts and force water cooling and force feeding groove to make ensures the evenness and stability of the manufacturing process.
