Aluminum casement window: cutting profiles - steel lining - welding profiles - Angle cleaning - hardware installation - sealing rubber strip installation - glass installation - sealant and rubber strip - finished assembly the process of making a casement window: First, cut the profile. According to the design requirements and size specifications, the profiles are precisely cut. Next, thread the steel lining. In order to increase the strength and stability of the window frame, the steel lining is installed inside the profile and ensures that it is tightly integrated with the profile. Then, weld the profile. Through high-temperature welding technology, each cut profile is connected together to form a complete window frame structure.
Corner cleaning is the next step. Polish welds and other non-smooth surfaces to ensure a smooth and burri-free appearance. Then came the hardware. As required, install various hardware accessories (such as hinges, locks, etc.) on the window frame to achieve opening, closing and locking functions. This is followed by the installation of sealing strips. Attach a sealing strip to the inner edge of the window frame to prevent water vapor penetration and enhance sound insulation. Then the glass is installed. Place the pre-prepared glass plate in the window frame, and use professional tools to fix the position relationship between the glass and the window frame. After completing the above steps, it is necessary to apply sealant and rubber strips to further strengthen and waterproof treatment.
