The Endress+Hauser FMD77-VQV0101 is a digital differential pressure transmitter from the Deltabar S FMD77 series. It is specifically configured for level measurement using a remote diaphragm seal (flange or threaded connection on the high-pressure side) with a capillary and diaphragm seal assembly on the low-pressure side. This configuration is designed for applications with high process temperatures, viscous media, or where the transmitter cannot be directly mounted. It features a 4-20mA HART output, aluminum housing, and meets SIL 3 safety standards for critical process applications in chemical, oil & gas, and power industries.
Remote Seal Configuration: The VQV0101 variant includes a diaphragm seal and capillary on the low-pressure side, isolating the transmitter from extreme temperatures, clogging media, or corrosive processes.
High Accuracy & Turndown: 0.075% reference accuracy combined with a 100:1 turndown ratio provides exceptional measurement flexibility and precision for level and differential pressure.
