Product Overview
The Endress+Hauser CPS11E-AA7BAA2 is a digital pH glass electrode from the Memosens CPS11E series — the compact, cost-optimized version of the industry-standard CPS11D for continuous pH measurement in water, wastewater, and utility applications. It features Memosens 2.0 digital technology for contactless signal transmission and lab calibration. Designed for general-purpose use, it has a gel-filled reference system, PTFE ring diaphragm, and a Pg 13.5 (Ø 27 mm) threaded process connection. The sensor is suitable for measuring pH in the 0–14 range with integrated NTC 30kΩ temperature sensor.
Memosens 2.0 Digital: Inductive coupling eliminates moisture issues at the connector, stores calibration data/sensor ID in the sensor head — enables lab pre-calibration and plug-and-play replacement.
Sealed Gel Reference: Maintenance-free gel system with double-chamber KNO₃ bridge and PTFE ring diaphragm for resistance to sulfide (S²⁻), cyanide (CN⁻), and heavy metal ion poisoning.
Compact E-Series Design: Shorter overall length vs. CPS11D in some variants — suited for space-constrained fittings while retaining full Memosens functionality.
System Compatibility: Connects directly to Liquiline CM442 / CM42 / CM82 transmitters or any Memosens-compatible system.

Wastewater Treatment: pH monitoring in inlet, neutralization basins, and effluent discharge.
Drinking Water: Post-chlorination pH verification and raw water monitoring.
Industrial Water: Cooling water, boiler feedwater, and chemical dosing control loops.
Chemical Process (Mild): Acid/alkali concentration monitoring in non-aggressive process streams.
Note: The CPS11E series is functionally equivalent to CPS11D for standard water applications but may differ in mechanical dimensions or accessory compatibility. For low-ionic-strength (pure water / condensate), consider the CPS72D series. For analog (non-Memosens) sensors, refer to the CPS11 / CPS41 analog series with separate transmitter head.
