Product Overview
The Endress+Hauser CPS11D-7BA2G is a digital pH glass electrode from the Memosens CPS11D series — the industry-standard sensor for continuous pH measurement in water, wastewater, and utility applications. It features Memosens 2.0 digital technology for contactless signal transmission and lab calibration. Designed for general-purpose use, it has a gel-filled reference system, PTFE ring diaphragm, and a Pg 13.5 (∅ 27 mm) threaded process connection. The sensor is suitable for measuring pH in the 0–14 range with integrated NTC 30kΩ temperature sensor.

Memosens 2.0 Digital: Inductive coupling eliminates moisture issues at the connector, stores calibration data/sensor ID in the sensor head — enables lab pre-calibration and plug-and-play replacement.
Anti-Poisoning Design: Double-chamber reference with KNO₃ electrolyte and PTFE ring diaphragm provides resistance to sulfide (S²⁻), cyanide (CN⁻), and heavy metal ion poisoning.
Robust for Process Water: Gel reference requires no refill; PPS housing and PTFE diaphragm ensure long-term stability in water & wastewater media.
System Compatibility: Connects directly to Liquiline CM442 / CM42 / CM82 transmitters or any Memosens-compatible system.

Note: For high-temperature, high-pressure, or low-ionic-strength (pure water / condensate) applications, consider the CPS471D / CPS491D series. The CPS11D is the standard workhorse for municipal and general industrial water.
