Product Overview
The Endress+Hauser CPS11D-7BT2G is a digital pH glass electrode from the Memosens CPS11D series — the industry-standard sensor for continuous pH measurement in water, wastewater, and utility applications. It features Memosens 2.0 digital technology for contactless signal transmission and lab calibration. This variant has a refillable gel/KCl reference system (vs. the sealed gel version -7BA2G), PTFE ring diaphragm, and a Pg 13.5 (∅ 27 mm) threaded process connection. The sensor is suitable for measuring pH in the 0–14 range with integrated NTC 30kΩ temperature sensor.
Memosens 2.0 Digital: Inductive coupling eliminates moisture issues at the connector, stores calibration data/sensor ID in the sensor head — enables lab pre-calibration and plug-and-play replacement.
Refillable Reference: Unlike the sealed -7BA2G, this -7BT2G allows periodic KCl refill to extend service life in applications with high contamination or prolonged deployment.
Anti-Poisoning Design: Double-chamber reference with KNO₃ bridge and PTFE ring diaphragm provides resistance to sulfide (S²⁻), cyanide (CN⁻), and heavy metal ion poisoning.
System Compatibility: Connects directly to Liquiline CM442 / CM42 / CM82 transmitters or any Memosens-compatible system.

Wastewater Treatment: pH monitoring in inlet, neutralization basins, and effluent discharge — especially where extended deployment benefits from electrolyte refresh.
Drinking Water: Post-chlorination pH verification and raw water monitoring.
Industrial Water: Cooling water, boiler feedwater, and chemical dosing control loops.
Chemical Process (Mild): Acid/alkali concentration monitoring in non-aggressive process streams.
Difference vs. CPS11D-7BA2G:The -7BT2G is refillable (requires periodic KCl top-up), whereas -7BA2G is sealed gel (maintenance-free but shorter life in harsh media). Choose -7BT2G for longer campaigns or higher contamination risk; choose -7BA2G for low-maintenance standard duty.*
