The Balluff BCS M12T4D2-PSM40C-S04G (Order No. BCS001W) is a capacitive proximity sensor in an M12 cylindrical housing. It detects solids and liquids—even through non-metallic container walls (glass, plastic, ceramic)—making it ideal for level detection in tanks, hoppers, and packaging machines. This model features a 4 mm flush-mountable sensing range, PNP Normally Open (NO) output, and a 4-pin M8 connector.
