Product Overview
The Endress+Hauser CPF81D-7LH11 is a digital pH glass electrode from the Memosens CPF81D series. It features Memosens 2.0 digital technology for contactless signal transmission and lab calibration. Designed for harsh environments, it offers a 0–14 pH measuring range, integrated NTC 30k temperature sensor, and a PTFE ring diaphragm for resistance to fouling and poisoning ions. The sensor has an NPT 3/4" process connection and is suitable for wastewater, chemical, and industrial water applications.
Memosens 2.0 Digital: Inductive coupling eliminates moisture issues and stores calibration data in the sensor head for predictive maintenance and pre-calibration in the lab.
Anti-Poisoning Design: Double-chamber reference with KNO₃ electrolyte and PTFE ring diaphragm provides high resistance to sulfide (S²⁻), cyanide (CN⁻), and heavy metal ions.
Robust Construction: PPS housing and PTFE diaphragm ensure long-term stability in abrasive and chemically aggressive media such as wastewater and chemical process streams.
Plug & Play: Pre-calibration capability allows lab calibration and quick sensor replacement without on-site recalibration.
