The Allen-Bradley 1756-PBR2 is a ControlLogix Redundant Power Supply with 19-32 VDC Input Voltage.
Allen Bradley’s 1756-PBR2 ControlLogix-XT redundant power supply contains both control and communication system parts to be used conjointly with FLEX I/O-XT products. The ControlLogix system offers a comprehensive range of products that provide control system solutions, which can be used in atmospheric temperature ranges of -20 degrees up to 70 degrees Celsius. In case of standalone usage, the ControlLogix-XT can similarly endure temperatures as high as high as 70 degrees, but can drop a little lower, with -25 degrees Celsius being the minimum standalone temperature.
Some of the key features of this redundant power supply are its redundant operation, its automated framework data sharing between relevant redundant power supplies, its status markers for a visual operating position, and its solid transmitter to aid the system in detecting a supply position while connected to the input module. Running on an input voltage of minimum 19 Volts and maximum 32 Volts DC, the 1756-PBR2 ControlLogix redundant power supply framework is intended to account for functional anomalies in power supply only. Its framework adaptor and power supply cables are excluded from the framework.
