Advanced Corrosion Protection Technology
Different from traditional cooling equipment prone to acid erosion, this device combines innovative electrochemical protection techniques with optimized heat exchange structures. It effectively shields internal metal components from severe corrosion caused by high-temperature strong acid media, delivering reliable operational guarantees for continuous, safe and efficient production of acid-making systems.
The equipment's unique anti-corrosion capability originates from precise anodic polarization regulation. By applying a stable and calibrated electric potential to the stainless steel medium contact surface, the device induces the spontaneous generation of a tight, tough passivation film.
This protective barrier completely separates the metal substrate from corrosive acid, limiting the annual corrosion rate within 0.01-0.03 mm and achieving much better wear resistance than conventional cooling units. During normal operation, circulating cooling water inside tube bundles continuously absorbs medium heat, rapidly cooling overheated acid to the temperature range compliant with industrial process standards.

It follows a scientific separated flow design: concentrated acid flows through the shell side externally, while cooling water circulates inside the tube bundles.
