Advanced Corrosion Protection Technology
Combining mature electrochemical anode protection technology, the equipment effectively tackles the ubiquitous corrosion issue of metal components in strong acid environments. It serves as essential heat exchange equipment to guarantee stable operation of industrial acid-making systems.
The core operation is based on controllable anodic polarization technology. By applying a steady external polarization potential to the stainless steel surface contacting acid media, the equipment actively induces the metal to form a stable passivation layer.
This dense and compact protective film effectively separates the metal substrate from corrosive acid substances, controlling the annual corrosion rate within 0.01 to 0.03 mm and achieving far better anti-corrosion performance than ordinary unprotected cooling equipment.
Efficient Heat Exchange Design
At the same time, circulating cooling water inside the tube bundles realizes efficient heat exchange, rapidly reducing the temperature of high-temperature acid to meet standardized industrial process requirements.
This cooler adopts an all-welded compact overall structure, with a reasonable flow design of acid on the shell side and cooling water on the tube side. Matched with high-precision monitoring and control electrode components, the device can automatically adjust polarization parameters in real time.
